A private family service was held for Charree Sweeten, age 73, of Milford, on Monday, December 21, 2020. Burial was at Calvary Cemetery. Memorials may be given to the Abben Care Center.

Thomas Boeke, age 83, passed away on Tuesday, December 15, 2020, at the Keelson Harbour Senior Living Facility in Spirit Lake, Iowa.

Norbert Bremer of Arnolds Park, Iowa, went to his Heavenly home on December 13, 2020, just 3 days after his 84th birthday. He had been hospitalized for 2 weeks fighting a battle with COVID-19 at the Lakes Regional Medical Center in Spirit Lake.

Marjorie Boeke, age 83, passed away on Saturday, December 12, 2020, at Lakes Regional Heathcare in Spirit Lake, Iowa.

A funeral service for Raymond “Bud” Kasch, age 84, of Lakefield, Minnesota, will be held Wednesday, December 23, 2020, at 1:30pm. Jean Waters Hardie, 91, born July 16, 1929, passed away November 17, 2020, at her home in Spirit Lake. She spent her early life in Lake City, Sheldon, and Moville, Iowa, and moved to Sioux City in junior high.

Ronald (Ron) Steve Edmunds, age 78, of Arnolds Park, Iowa, passed away after a short battle with cancer on November 16, 2020. Ron was born on August 14,1942, to Steve and Gladys Edmunds and raised on their farm in rural Clarkfield, Minnesota

Robert D. Gommels, son of Hike and Gladys (Sampson) Gommels, was born on March 13, 1939, in Emmetsburg, Iowa. He passed on to Glory with his family by his side, on November 1, 2020, at Avera Holy Family Hospital, at the age of 81 years.

Marilyn (Krage) Higgins was born January 23, 1935, to Roy and Helen Krage of Sioux City, Iowa. Marilyn adored and cherished her seven brothers and sisters, Ron, Sam, Helen Ann, Blanche, Barb, Colonel and Mary Alice.

Nancy Ann Cook Goring, daughter of Elwood and Lucille (Nattress) Cook, was born on December 6, 1942, in Arnolds Park, Iowa.

Shirley Mae Miner passed away on September 29, 2020, in her home surrounded by family.

Linda Kay (Vasos) Madigan was born on the 4th of July, 1947, into the welcoming arms of Bill and Irene Vasos and a home and extended family filled with love. Like the day she was born on Linda was special, though she would never say that. When she was just a small girl, her Dad would tell her he was going to ask everyone to fly their flags for her birthday and amazingly, after all these years, people still do.

Wendy Pearson, age 60, of Spirit Lake, Iowa, died on Tuesday, September 15, 2020, at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, after a three and a half month battle with leukemia.

With strong characteristics of Midwestern farm values of Iowa, Darvin Lee Enderson existed on this earth until his three yearlong battle with lung cancer and COPD ended November 19, 2019. Glenda Rae (Hemphill) Enderson, his wife of nearly 57 years, was sitting by his side, in the comfort of their home when he took his last breath in DePere, Wisconsin.

Catherine Kay Jaedicke Allen died peacefully at the age of 91 in Overland Park, Kansas. Kay was born on November 13, 1928 in Lawrence, KS to Nellie Nissen Jaedicke and Fritz Jaedicke.

DeEtte Dell Wunder Graettinger was born on a farm near Harris, Iowa to Hans and Myrtle Wunder on April 18, 1923. Their family was complete with the addition of Doris(1925) and Denton(1932).
