David Pernick, age 64, of Bemidji, Minnesota, passed away in his home. Dave was born in 1956 in Rantoul, Illinois. He attended Concord Public Schools and earned his associates degree from Rochester Technical Community College. Dave earned his license as an Assemblies of God pastor from Berean School of the Bible. Dave was married to his wife, Annette, for more than 44 years.
Dave left behind a legacy of ministry, family, and service. Dave enjoyed the outdoors, spending time with his grandkids, and his beloved 49er football team.
Dave is survived by his wife, Annette of Bemidji, MN, his sons Kevin (Jenny) of Milford, IA, and Ian (Danny) of Shevlin, MN, his sister Cathy (Archie) Pharis of Anaheim, CA, and his four grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother. A graveside burial service for family and close friends will take place at Northwood Cemetery on June, 27, 2021 at 1 pm.
