Mary Klonis (formerly Peters), age 66, unexpectedly passed away on November 1, 2024, in Glendale, AZ. Mary resided in Milford, IA, for over 30 years through 2015; she subsequently moved to Phoenix, AZ, with a specific goal to spoil her grandkids. She was a cornerstone of her family and a devoted member of the local community. Mary was licensed in social work, family life services, prekindergarten, elementary education, and substitute teaching. She will forever be remembered for her grace, kindness, generosity, and unconditional love. She extended her joy to everyone around her. We will forever cherish her memory and loving spirit.

Celebration of Life event on Saturday, May 24, 2025, from 11am to 1pm at the Lake Okoboji United Methodist Camp in Spirit Lake, Iowa, with a short presentation honoring her life beginning at 11:30am.
