Lavone Eckard Pittler, age 64, of Hendersonville, Tennessee, passed away Saturday, March 6, 2021.
Lavone was a blessing to all who had the honor of knowing her. She loved animals, friends, and family.
Lavone was born in Savannah, Georgia, on February 1, 1975. She graduated from Milford High School in 1975. She was raised in Milford, Iowa. She loved caring for people and made her career working with the nursing home before moving to Tennessee. She worked at Ellis Middle School, where she made life friends that will cherish their memories.
Lavone was preceded in death by her loving parents, Duane and Alene Eckard, and husband, Larry Pittler.
She was survived by brother, Ray Eckard (Nancy) and sister Shelly Gifford (Gary), numerous nieces and nephews, step-children, and cherished friends from Ellis Middle School.
