Lakes News Shopper (LNS) BINGO Official Game Rules
Game cards will be inserted into the January 14, 2025 edition of the Lakes News Shopper (LNS). Beginning January 14, 2025, 6 call numbers will be published every Tuesday thru April 1, 2025 in The LNS or until all prizes are awarded. If you see an LNS BINGO number in the paper that appears on your card, cut the number out of the paper and paste it on the corresponding square, or circle or use a highlighter to circle that number on your card. Please be sure that the control number the number beginning with B, printed on the center FREE SPACE is legible. If that number is not legible, your card will be disqualified. The first person to completely cover their LNS BINGO card and present it at The LNS office located at 1009 N 22nd St., Milford, IA during normal business hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, will be the GRAND PRIZE WINNER OF $250.00!! Additional prizes will be awarded for the following: First “L” $100.00, First “N” $100.00, First “S” $100.00, First “X” $100.00, and First “O” $100.00, 2nd winners of the above will win $50.00, and the 3rd place winner will receive donated Gift Cards.
1. To Play: Playing cards will be inserted into the Tuesday, January 14, 2025 edition of the LNS. Beginning January 14, 2025 the LNS will publish 6 numbers per week. If that number appears on your card, cut that number out of the newspaper and paste it onto the corresponding number on your card or circle or use a highlighter to circle that number on your card. Be sure the control number which starts with the letter “B”remains legible or your card will be disqualified. The first person to completely cover every square of their LNS BINGO card with LNS BINGO numbers published in The LNS and presents it at The LNS offices located at 1009 N 22nd St, Milford, IA during business hours (Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30PM) will be the GRAND PRIZE WINNER. Only one Grand Prize will be awarded.
2. Prizes – GRAND PRIZE WINNER OF $250.00 for first cover all. Additional prizes will be awarded for the following: First “L” $100.00, First “N” $100.00, First “S” $100.00, First “X” $100.00, and First “O” $100.00, 2nd winners of the above will win $50.00, and the 3rd place winner will receive donated Gift Cards.
3. No Purchase Necessary. LNS BINGO playing cards will also be available at no charge at some participating sponsor locations or at The LNS 1009 N 22nd St., Milford, IA. Limit one card per person. 4. Eligibility: Must be 18 years or older to play. By participating, entrants agree to these official rules.
5. Promotional Period: LNS BINGO playing cards will be inserted into the Tuesday, January 14, 2025 edition of the LNS. The game concludes once all cash prizes are awarded.
6. Winners: Winners must provide the winning card and a photo ID to claim prizes.
Prizes may not be exchanged for cash or other prizes. If a winner cannot accept
prizes as stated in these official rules, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety an
alternate winner will be selected. No substitution, cash redemption, or transfer of
prize. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for The LNS to use winner’s name
and/or photo for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. All decisions made by The LNS are final
7. General Conditions: The LNS BINGO participants agree that sponsors, their
respective parents, directors, employees and other representatives are released, will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by participants against any liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind to person(s), including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize of participation in this promotion or any promotion related activities. To participate in this promotion, winner may be asked for personally identifiable information(i.e. his/her name, address, city, phone number, age etc.) All information collected by The LNS is securely maintained and is for the purpose of conduction of this promotion or to extend offers and services of The LNS. The LNS currently does not disclose to third parties personally identifiable information that participants provide.
8. Liability Limitations: Should any portion of this promotion be, in the sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised in administration, security, fairness or proper play, or
submission for prizes. Sponsor reserves the right at its discretion to suspend or
modify or terminate the promotion.
