Betty L. Matthews, known as “Grandma Betty”, age 88, of Milford, Iowa, and formerly of Terril and Sioux Rapids, Iowa, died on Monday, November 13, 2018, at the Milford Care Center at Milford.

Private family funeral services were held on Friday, November 16, 2018, at the Sliefert Funeral Home in Sioux Rapids. Burial will be in the Lone Tree Cemetery in Sioux Rapids. Private family visitation took place prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Patrick Matthews, 3155 250th Street, Terril, Iowa 51364. The Sliefert Funeral Home in Sioux Rapids is in charge of the arrangements.
