Graveside services for Ann Mincer, 93, of Milford, will be held Spring, 2025. Ann passed away November 26, 2024, at Accura Healthcare in Milford.
Ann M. Mincer was born October 20, 1931, to Hans and Lillian (Meelhause) Dwinger. She attended Everly School and graduated in 1949.
She married Roger D. Mincer on January 19, 1949 and they were blessed with seven children.
Ann worked in retail and sewing positions throughout her life. She retired as lead sewer with Style Craft in Milford after 25+ years.
Roger and Ann lived in Fostoria for most of their marriage, until retiring and moving to Milford. Ann attended Good News Community Church for many years.
Ann loved playing cards with family and friends, sewing, knitting and crocheting. After losing her eyesight to macular degeneration she continued to crochet until she was 92. Her dishcloths were the best!!!
Ann is survived by 5 children, Jim (Kathi) Mincer, Tia Hofmeyer, Steve (Beth) Mincer, Glenda (Sid) Simpson and Jeff Mincer; nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Roger; parents, Hans and Lillian; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; daughter, Patty Poss and son, Kevin Mincer; one sister, Hope Wilken.
Turner Jenness Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
